How It Works – Handheld Packaging
Place a protective foam bag inside the box and dispense the required amount of foam using the machine. The foam begins to expand, forming a cushion at the bottom of the package.
- What’s happening: The foam fills the space inside the bag and takes the shape of the box.
- Purpose: Creates a custom-fit base that helps absorb shocks during transport.
While the foam is still expanding, carefully place the product on the cushioned base. Position it in the centre, then add a second foam bag above the product if protection is needed on all sides.
- What’s happening: The foam forms around the product and holds it securely in place.
- Purpose: Prevents movement inside the box and protects delicate areas from impact.
Allow the foam to finish expanding and set. Once the product is firmly cushioned, close and seal the box. The package is ready for storage or shipping.
- What’s happening: The foam becomes a fitted protective cushion around the product.
- Purpose: Delivers a clean, secure package designed for safe handling and transport.
